I think we need to focus on those elements I suggested we focus on first before we consider delivery. Once we get how many variations and exactly IF its possible first, then we can look at seeing if we can get donations, a grant, and then look at getting it done.
I'd be happy to arrange the burning and sending if all those elements are put in place. I know a company that does it for a good price (with Canadian reduced dollars for more value) in New Brunswick.

He's in my unit and works with AFN and has the connections with MWR and the Radio station over there.
My recommendation on sending is to use the Flat rate USPS. Don't use UPS or Fed ex. Let me know if you have any questions-

I'm checking with him now, but their soldiers go all over the country and work with Multi-National Forces, Iraq- which includes soldiers from other countries.

It's not legal but it will establish pretty clear intent for our purposes.
