As regards a Black Jack novel, here I fall back on the oft-heard, seldom-loved response "I'm only one man"
Here's what we got:
Tales of the Red Panda: The Crime Cabal
This book here. Done and out and in the world. Needs some promotion, as much as can be thrown at it.
Tales of the Red Panda: The Mind Master
Plan for success. Done the first book? Write the next one. It's done and pretty much ready to go. We're waiting on artwork, and then the actual book-makin' process itself. Should be out in the fall.
Another book that doesn't have a name yet
I have one chapter to write and the first draft is done. This book will go through the painfully tedious process of being shopped to publishers, so you'll see it when you see it.
According to my schedule, I have 2 days to write that last chapter, then I start my vacation time and have to get back into DRT mode and start the wholesale churning out of radio scripts. I will likely complete the process of writing the season sometime in February or March, and then a couple of months later complete the process of editing the recorded programs. I will then have a "break" in which I may be able to consider another prose project. What will it be? Everything depends on how these three do and wether or not my brain has started leaking out of my ears yet.
But it seems likely that such a thing may appear in the fullness of time.
