Thumbs up Bring on the Cheese...

First of all, many thanks to Crash for opening up this AND the Texas Radio Theatre forums. While I was instrumental in launching TRTC, Charles Pratt was the visionary who started Schlock Audio - along with the brilliant D B Humphries.

Since Humphries has moved on to other projects - the TRTC has stepped in to the 'producer shoes'.

More Schlock is coming... much more... but like wine and revenge... cheese must be aged properly.

Meantime, I must get Charles Pratt on line over here to contribute thoughts and witty anecdotes.

The Schlock Catalog is not on an official type podcast... but the shows are available for download or as streaming audio.

Please visit the WEBSITE HERE, and you'll see what I mean. Just wander over to the episodes page.

Rich, I couldn't be happier that someone stepped in to keep Schlock runninig, and I'm thrilled it was TRC... I'm a big fan of both groups, and having them in one tent makes so much sense it's scary!

It was Schlock that inspired "Mutant Monkey Master vs The Robot With a Human Brain."

Yeah tell Charles to get on here and say hi some time.

Already did... I'm sure he's on his way.

Charles and Bruce Humphries did some excellent work, and I'm sure they'd be glad to know they were inspirational.

Since I had the pleasure of collaborating with Bruce (on both of our Ogle and Mark Time award winning programs) - it was only natural for me to pick up the Schlocky torch after Bruce moved on.

I miss the guy... we did some good work together. - the Flash Gordon productions on our podcast now were one example.

Since Schlock, I think he focused on Columbia Audio Theater for a while, but I'm not sure what he's doing now.

Cool Chad!

Chad... buddy...

I thought Charles was some how distorting his name...

Awesome. Well, I'm afraid there are no zombies on this site - though I'm sure there are stories of zombies... zombie experts and plenty of zombie killas here.

Think of this as "Santuary"... "Zion"... "Lothlórien"...

I think you know what I mean...
